The Internet provides business with an important additional medium for communication with clients, suppliers and potential customers. However, it must be approached with same business logic that applies to other traditional channels of interaction.

With this firmly in mind, silvermoonmedia engages each client in a design process that addresses objectives realistically, spending as much time working on business logistics as site design. In addition to providing an effective and original website development, we aim to develop each project on a sound business basis.

Business Review Design Proposals Working Prototypes Site Build Deployment

1. Business Review
At an initial set of meetings we spend time getting to know the ins and outs of each clients' business - their business culture and practices, the range of their products and services, their customers needs and expectations and what the company sees as its own objectives and priorities in developing an on-line presence.

2. Design Proposals
Based on the clients' preferences and objectives we will then develop a series of 6 to 8 design templates for the website. In order to come up with innovative ideas we examine the client's competitors, traditional and on-line, at home and abroad, while also looking at successful approaches taken in other relevant industries and possibly field suggestions from a client's customers and/or suppliers.

3. Working Prototypes
Once the client has narrowed down the initial options to 2 or 3 preferred designs we will develop working prototypes for each. This allows both developer and client to get a better feel for the different solutions, how they might work in operation and where aspects of differing designs can be combined to achieve the best overall effects and results.

4. Site Build
Once the final site design has been decided, the actual site-build commences in earnest. As the site develops clients have 24-hour SSL-secure and password-protected access to their project to allow them assess work completed and provide feedback to the developers. This is followed by a final series of meetings held with the client as the project nears completion.

5. Site Deployment
Prior to launch, each site is thoroughly tested to make such it is accessible to the widest possible audience at the lowest possible download time. Once deployed live silvermoonmedia closely monitors the sites performance against expectations and provides each client with a monthly management report and statistical review.
